Terms of Service

1. Using 32Leads

32Leads provides tools for creating website lead forms, collecting submissions, and managing lead conversations. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping access credentials secure. You must have authority to represent any business or property you add to the service.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use 32Leads to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or unsolicited communications; collect data without the required notices or consent; interfere with the service; or violate applicable laws.

4. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the content and lead data you submit to 32Leads. You grant us permission to host and process that content only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to collect and use lead data.

5. Plans and billing

The Free plan includes up to 10 qualified leads and does not require a payment card or automatically upgrade to a paid plan. You may choose to subscribe to Standard for $19 per month, which includes up to 50 qualified leads per month. Standard subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Taxes and applicable third-party fees may apply.

6. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, misuse, security risk, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 32Leads disclaims warranties not expressly stated in these Terms and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
